Mr. Piotr Wyplosz is experienced water sector project manager. Piotr has a MSc degree in Civil Engineering. He is fluent in written and spoken English, Russian, and Polish.

He has over 30 years of professional working experience in the water sector: projects identification, design and construction supervision of water/waste water, and drainage pipelines network and water/waste water treatment plants, and other associated constructions such as pumping stations, reservoirs.

20 years out of 30 he has spent for management of large-scale infrastructure projects in a consultancy role as: Principal Designer, Consultant, Resident Engineer, Team Leader, and Project Auditor.

He performed his duties in various countries such as Poland / Ukraine / Russia / Germany / UK / Romania / Georgia / India / Turkey / Tajikistan / Egypt.

Vast majority of projects were governed in accordance with FIDIC forms of contract: Design-Build (Yellow Book) and Construction (Red Book) and Design, Build and Operate type of contract (Golden Book).

He has significant knowledge and practical experience in:

• PRAG & FIDIC procedures implementation;
• in depth working knowledge about contracts financial performance and clearing,
• works schedule preparation (works breakdown structure, resources,) and control (milestones, progress S curves)
• cash flow charts and financial controlling e.g. using Earned Value method;
• in depth knowledge on Contract Preparation & Procurement processes: Master Plans, Concepts, Feasibility Studies & Bid Documents,
• practical knowledge on payments assessments,
• evaluation and processing of variation orders
• evaluation and processing of Contractor’s Interim Payment Applications
• Preparation of tender dossiers compliant with World Bank, EU and other IFI (AFD, KfW, JICA, EIB)

He has excellent communication, and negotiation skills – extensive experience on Claims and Conflict Management. He advocates and facilitates strongly resolving problems before DAB.

Consequently, he is familiar with Phare manual and EC/EIB/ADB/JICA contract procedures.

He has gained extensive knowledge on elaboration and implementation of Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Health & Safety Plans, Operation & Manuals, Organization & Methodology Manuals, Works Schedules, Bill of Quantities or Schedule of Prices.

He is proficient user of AutoCAD (3D), Plant 3D, MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and has practical knowledge of Civil 3D, and WaterCAD.

Working in multinational and multicultural environment he has developed high culture in people management and relationships.

Piotr is business-oriented person, so he always pays careful attention on balanced revenue of the project so all Stakeholders are satisfied.
